SRA has now introduced our new Contract Staffing Division adding to our Permanent placement services. This is designed with the intent of providing an option which would save our clients both time and money by offering highly skilled talent on an as needed basis.
The strategic use of temporary legal staffing provides the convenience of a flexible workforce, while reducing the ever-increasing costs associated with the recruitment and retention of permanent employees. You decide when you need the extra help and for how long you need it.
SRA is the employer of record so the process in quite simple at your end.
- We assume the administrative costs while handling all the administrative functions.
- SRA will interview and screen each candidate and maintain all employee records. Once a candidate begins working for you, they are an "employee" of SRA, not an independent contractor.
- Your firm is thus relieved of all the costs associated with Social Security, unemployment tax, workers' compensation, vacation pay, holiday pay, sick pay, personal days, pension plans, health and life insurance and payroll.
We provide law firm clients with quick access to our contract attorney base in order to:
- Manage temporary workload increases.
- Handle law firm work when hiring restrictions limit permanent hiring.
- Handle special projects, including large and small document reviews.
- Fill staffing gaps resulting from maternity, family or disability leaves.
- Add specialized knowledge and skills to specific matters.
Your firm always remains in control of the assignment and at your option, and at any time, you are free to cancel the employee's services without reason and without further cost or obligation.
Temp to Perm
We also offer a "temp to perm" placement program that enables our clients to assess the capabilities of a candidate prior to offering a permanent position.
